Introducing 1 to 1 Coaching, My goal is to help as many of you as possible acheive your health & fitness-related goals. Coaching others what i've learned brings me joy & satisfaction on a whole another level. There's nothing better than seeing someone excel in something they're trying to improve on. Consistency over time equals results. It's time to get stuck in!

I essentially do interval training to get faster. This has helped me get PBs on race day. I enjoy the structure of my training, it is ruthless, however what you put in is what you get out. I would highly recommend.

We have done interval training, floating, jog, run and walk warm ups. Hill sprints. Do intervals at least once a week, this has upped my pace in distance by a lot. Hill sprints have helped me too as I hate hills but really digging my legs into the ground and with Jp’s amazing encouragement keeps me spurring on. Absolutely, I hate it at the time but my pace improves every single week. I couldn’t do it without Jp 100%! Jp is very well educated on all fitness levels. He’s very understanding and takes the time to plan brilliant sessions. My goal was to get faster. I’ve been training with Jp for a couple months and already my pace is faster.
